How It Works:

If Soulffee isn’t the right fit for you, simply reach out to us at hello@soulffee.com within 30 days of receiving your subscription order. Please include your order number and a brief description of why you’d like to return the product, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. We’ll also provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Terms & Conditions:

  • First-time customers only: One return per product per order.
  • Subscription products only: The money-back guarantee applies exclusively to subscription orders, not one-time purchase products.
  • Returns of Unopened Items: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in unopened, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unopened products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is safely delivered to our warehouse.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received, inspected, and processed at our warehouse. This may take up to 14 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as "delivered" but not received, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses.
  • Incorrect address reshipping incurs a $10 fee, which will be applied at checkout.
  • We do not accept returns of opened products after the first order.
  • We do not accept multiple returns from the same customer on a single order.
