Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day, with standard delivery taking between 3 to 7 business days.

For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options can be selected during checkout.

Tracking & Delivery:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier.
• While we strive to meet delivery timelines, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier.

Inspection Upon Arrival:

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any items are defective or damaged, contact us at hello@soulffee.com with a description of the issue and photos. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.
